Odds change rapidly during live betting. If there is a delay in processing a bet and the odds shift in that time, Viptaka BD may accept the bet at the updated odds or cancel it.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per user.
• A wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x) must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have a set expiry window — any unclaimed or unused bonus will be forfeited once the deadline passes.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or bets; certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Viptaka BD. If detected, the account will be permanently closed:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate conduct on the platform.

Account Closure & Suspension

Viptaka BD reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request.

Users may also request account closure at any time through our customer support. Any verified real-money balance will be returned before closure, but bonus balances are non-refundable.

Legal Provisions & Liability

Viptaka BD is an internationally licensed platform. The key legal points applicable to your use of our services are summarized below:

• Viptaka BD does not guarantee winnings or profits on any bet.
• Viptaka BD is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or third-party errors.

• If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it will be referred to international arbitration.
